Talking Tosh in Majorca!
Newcastle United once again trained amidst scorching hot conditions here in Majorca today as they were put through their paces by Kevin Keegan ahead of tonight's clash with Hertha Berlin.
Keegan also told Spanish TV he expects to make another signing in 24 hours with Argentina international Fabricio Coloccini linked with United recently.
The German side trained at the ONO Stadium this morning and the only team that United won't play in Hannover 96 - who have ex-Chelsea and Palace star Mikael Forssell on their books - trained on the opposite pitch to Newcastle.
But the big talking point was the surprise visit of one of KK's closest pals in football today.
Back in the day, John Toshack and Keegan ruled the Kop with their telepathy between each other producing goal after goal but now their roles in the game are very different.
KK's job at Newcastle is one of the biggest in football, but with Toshack now in charge of Wales, the former strike duo are amongst the most respected managers in the game.
Tosh shocked King Kev by shouting through the fence at training and later presented him with a portrait of the pair both playing for Liverpool.
And the Welsh manager will be in the stands at the ONO Stadium when Real Mallorca lock horns with Newcastle on Sunday night.

I've watched the game in Majorca and am really worried about our commitment and quality to remain in the premiership, the only upside of a very disappointing game was the performance of the new boy Gutierrez. Where was KK's motivation, AS was absolutely pathetic, in fact there was not one single NUFC player who looked as if this was anything other than a chore!!!

I don't agree with these exotic friendlies abroad - if they want the beach - go play bournemouth or blackpool and keep the money in our infrastructure.
