kinnear has had a heart attack, football focus
sorry he was feeling unwell so they are being cautous, because of his heart attack in 99. football focus
i dont believe we have some idiots planning a protest at the next home game when we should be more concerned with winning
All the best best to Joe f`ing Kinnear theres more important things than football. 3-2 shall do the lads nee problem though. Keep the faith as I try and I live in Edinburgh.
It would be sad to see a great character, suffer any long term illness, as a result of managing any football club. JOE KINNEAR, is a decent man, passionate about football. He will never be the greatest manager in the world but he does his best, The present regieme at NUFC can't be helping matters, with their gross stupidity. GET WELL AND THEN TAKE A BREAK, and enjoy the rest of your life. The recent pocket money from Mr. Ashley, should make retirement just that bit more tollerable. GOOD LUCK.
A helpful refereeing blunder last week and this week WBA shot themselves in both feet and the head at once (you can do that if you put both feet in your mouth). Ashley must have brought the gods with him when he returned!
Overall yeaterday was a relief for Toon fans because that was one of the two easiest games left this season! The other easy one will be versus Boro who are also doomed. After yesterday Toon are likely to survive but only just. About 36 points will be needed for safety -- forget talk of 40 plus being needed.
after a miserable season of away games defeats it was a credit to see united win away albeit against lowly opposition.cannot see the point of keeping up the notion that viduka is an asset and bringing on xisco who apparently is TOO good to play reserves should be condemed.at least geremi was left on the bench.the new guys went okay and maybe we have a winner in ryan taylor.jose needs to be shook up before games as he has the talent but somehow goes walkbout.steven taylor wholehearted but makes more mistakes when playing fullback anyway a win is a win so congrats to the lads and lets stick it up the toffees next home game
Hi Lee,
On Steven Taylor my view of the first WBA goal was not that he tripped but that Fortune caught Taylors foot, probably should have been a foul but very difficult to award!
Cheers
Mike
