Plymouth Argyle 0 Newcastle United 0

By Lee Ryder on Jan 2, 10 02:42 PM

NEWCASTLE United's visit to Home Park ended with Plymouth looking the happier of the two teams to get the draw.

Newcastle had their chances to win it with Pancrate missing a trio of first half opportunities.

Nicky Butt came closest when he cracked the bar near the end.

But it's a replay at St James' Park in 10 days time - a game that paper thin United could possibly do without.

As always, I was at Home Park to bring you live text commentary from the game.
