what a time for most of the side to turn in shocking performances.Carroll ran his heart out with little or no support.defence was way way out of it's depth with far too much dithering in the penalty area.I will be surprised if Williamson isn't cited and what was Colo thinking back elbowing in front of the linesman?Enriques was below par but still managed to make a few inroads into Bolton's defence.Nolan unsighted,Smithy,Guthrie and Jonas made no impact Hope this more than capable side don't drop their bundle and head down the table.Next week brings Chelsea and I can't see us doing a black cat on them, but a better effort is more than we can hope for...hoiway the lads
No dancing this week but Newcastle continued to employ the chicken theme this week with Nolan exhibiting excellent wing control for a penalty, Coloccini delivering a lethal wing chop to an opponentâÂÂs throat for his sending off, and Carroll actually flapping his wings so frantically he left the ground at times! Next week as Chelsea reassert themselves after recent embarrassments we will probably witness the headless formation dance from the black and white birds. Much more of the theatricals and NUFC will find they have been rechristened the Chicken Nuggets.
Guess Lee was again in as much pain as last time he visited Planet Reebok.
