Van Persie will be due a red hot reception at St James' Park
He may have been wearing a different shirt and it may have been an incident he thought would be brushed under the carpet - but Robin Van Persie will be instantly reminded of his actions when heads to St James' Park on Sunday afternoon as a Man United player.
Take your mind back to March when Van Persie insulted his international colleague Tim Krul in the 2-1 defeat as things spilled over at the Emirates library and it all got a bit out of hand.
That night Van Persie was condemned by Toon players who felt he'd over stepped the line in the sand on the professional football circuit and insulted a fellow professional that little bit too much.

Apparently he was bleating on about time wasting and when Arsenal scored in the last minute thought he'd rub things in a bit.
Sunday's clash with Man United needs no extra spice.
But the appearance of Van Persie at St James' Park takes it to Phall levels!
There won't be a hiding place for Van Persie and he could be in for a rocky ride.
Sadly with Krul injured he can only watch on from the stands, but with a bit of luck, 50,000 screaming Geordies will do the Dutch keeper proud.
